Hello, I was in invited to a event in the Broadmoor hotel in Colorado Springs on Aug. 28-30. I am strictly kosher and wanted to know how the kosher food situation is in that area. Are there restaurants that deliver, also is there somewhere for breakfast? Can you deliver meals? Any help would be appreciated. I will only attend if I know kosher food won’t be a problem.

Good morning,
I am a Registered Dietitian for a couple of the prisons in Colorado, and I am looking for some assistance in sourcing enough Kosher for Passover Deli meat for my units.
Our general guidelines varied from what the consultant Rabbi directed for the units, and we are short as a result. Our vendor is unable to meet the demand without a large freight fee, so I’m hoping to find an alternative locally.
The units are Bent and Crowley, and we will need approximately 45 additional cases of Kosher for Passover Deli Meat prior to the start of Passover.

My understanding is they have frozen kosher meals they can heat double wrapped, but they look to me like airplane meals. I’m prefer something higher quality over the four days.
