Looking to get information for Shabbos, August 30/31 for a family of 7 in the Colorado Springs area that week, 8/27-9/03. Is there a minyan during the week or only on Shabbos? What accommodations are available near the shul for Shabbos and need info regarding shabbos meals. Please share any helpful information. Thank you!

Subject: Regarding Shlichus and Kashrut Opportunities – Eliel Aharon Louis
To the Administration at Chabad of Colorado Springs,
My name is Eliel Aharon Louis. I am currently a Bachur Shliach and a teacher at Shaloh House in Boston. I am reaching out to inquire about Shlichus and Kashrut opportunities available within your center and its communal activities for the upcoming period.
My primary goal in seeking a Shlichus position is to learn the work from experienced Shluchim first-hand. I have a strong ambition to become a successful Shliach myself in the future, and I believe that gaining experience under established Shluchim who are building such a dynamic infrastructure in Colorado—including your culinary and outreach operations—is the most effective way to gain the necessary tools and experience.
While I have a solid background in education, I am looking to focus my efforts on the Shlichus itself—engaging with the community, organizing outreach programs, and being an active part of the Shlichus team. Given my background as a certified Kosher Supervisor (KVH/CHK) and my musical skills, I am eager to contribute to your mission and help enhance the spiritual atmosphere of your center.
My Background:
Education: Graduate of Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim Migdal Ha’emek and the Boston Chabad Rabbinical College. I hold Semicha.
Kashrut: Certified Kosher Supervisor by KVH and CHK.
Experience: International Shlichus experience (US, Israel, and Europe), working with English, Hebrew, and Russian-speaking communities.
Music & Spirit: Experienced Chazzan and Clarinet player, skilled in creating a warm atmosphere for community events and Shabbatons.
Logistics: Dual Israeli-American citizen with a US Driver’s License.
I am available for a call at +1-617-777-3231 and would be honored to discuss how I can contribute to the growth of your community.
Best regards,
Eliel Aharon Louis
