Can I get information about classes that you offer in person. Any insight on what classes you think would be best for me is much appreciated. Me and my wife had been Christians for 40+ years. 25 years ago I was in seminary and ministerial training to become a pastor. So I’ve got decades of bible study experience, but also tons of church dogma and errant doctrines. About 1.5 years ago we began studying Torah and keeping Shabbat. During that time I’ve exhaustively studied the religion of Christianity and it’s error (while putting it up against the Tanach). We’ve turned from a religion of idolatry and greco-roman ideologies and now whole heartedly embrace Judaism and cling to HaShem and His Torah alone as our path to ultimate truth and righteousness. We’ve been ordering books from Artscroll publishing and educating ourselves as best we can about Jewish life, faith, and Halakah. We are at a point where receiving outside support would likely be supportive of our spiritual path. So that is the reason for reaching out. We are however in a rural location and travel into Colo Springs is not always easy for us. But perhaps finding something to attend 1-2 times per month to help keep us grounded in Torah by the Jewish community in general would help us not rely only upon our independent study alone. I’m in a position in my life where I dedicate 8 hours per day to Torah study, but the nature of my working business keeps me at home most the time. Any suggestions or info is much appreciated.

Hello! My name is Dr. Elisabeth Schilling. I teach World Religions at UCCS, and October 14th, we will be discussing Judaism. I was wondering if the Rabbi or someone would be interested in coming to our class as a guest speaker to talk about Jewish history, and practices as well as beliefs (or anything you want!) so that the students can hear from and ask questions of someone of the faith. I am happy to meet with you to discuss more! My class is from 1:40 to 4:20 on Monday. Thanks for considering! My number is 719-412-1519
